Financial Trendsetters: Next Gen – Terms & Conditions

By completing your purchase and enrollment in the Financial Trendsetters: Next Gen program (the “Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions between you (“Parent/Guardian”) and Pinkfix Productions (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this collaborative publishing program and the resources reserved for each participant, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued once payment is made. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Program Participation

Enrollment in the Program grants your child (“Author Participant”) access to:

Scheduled group sessions and writing hours as outlined in the program description.

Coaching, feedback, and publishing support from the Pinkfix Productions team.

Inclusion of their written story in the book Financial Trendsetters: Next Gen, pending submission deadlines and content approval.

We reserve the right to edit for grammar, clarity, and length while preserving your child’s voice and message.

Failure to meet deadlines or participation requirements may result in exclusion from publication without refund.

3. Parental Consent & Responsibility

By enrolling your child, you confirm that:

You are the child’s parent or legal guardian and have full authority to consent to participation.

You understand this is a group educational and publishing experience, not individual tutoring or therapy.

You are responsible for your child’s attendance, access to virtual sessions, and communication regarding program updates.

4. Media & Marketing Release

By participating, you grant Pinkfix Productions and its partners permission to use your child’s first name, likeness, photograph, video, written work (in whole or in part), and/or testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes in print, online, and social media formats.

If you do not wish your child’s image or name to be used publicly, please notify us in writing within 7 days of purchase at team@jessicaweaver.com.

5. Intellectual Property

Your child retains authorship of their original written submission. By submitting their work, you grant Pinkfix Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit, publish, distribute, and promote the work as part of the Financial Trendsetters: Next Gen project and related media.

No portion of the book or its materials may be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission from Pinkfix Productions.

6. Event Participation

Participation in the optional Times Square celebration is at your own expense and discretion. Pinkfix Productions is not responsible for travel costs, personal safety, or any expenses related to the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Pinkfix Productions, its team, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Program, including virtual or in-person events.

8. Communications & Updates

All program updates, deadlines, and meeting links will be provided via email. It is your responsibility to check messages regularly and ensure we have your correct contact information.

9. Agreement

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This acknowledgment serves as your electronic signature and parental consent for your child’s participation in Financial Trendsetters: Next Gen.
